UK DeliveryΒ We offer free express shipping on all UK orders. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
International DeliveryΒ We currently ship to Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, and South Africa via DHL Express and FedEx. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Estimated delivery times vary by destination β typically 2β5 business days depending on the carrier and country.
Order ProcessingΒ Orders are processed on business days (MondayβFriday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Customs & DutiesΒ For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are outside our control.
